Drawings
나는 나를 포함한 시공간상의 모든 존재들을 ‘촉각적 사고’를 통해 느끼고 확인한다. 그것은 내 몸의 모든 감각기관을 열어 외부 자극을 흡수하고 통합하는 나의 인지방식이다. 나를 둘러싼 모든 사물은 그것이 생명이 있거나 없거나 관계없이 바람이나 냄새 같은 무형의 존재까지도 내겐 일종의 유기적 존재로서 나를 자극한다. 나의 드로잉은 그런 모든 유기적 존재와의 은밀한 대화이고 소통의 흔적이다. 그것은 또한 그런 모든 대상들과 상호 작용을 통해 드러난 나의 존재에 대한 확인이기도 하다.
I feel and recognize everything in space and time that surrounds me through ‘Tactile thinking’. It is my cognitive way of absorbing and integrating external stimuli through the all sensory organs of my body. Everything that surrounds me stimulates me as an organic being, regardless of whether it is life or not, even intangibles like winds and smells. My drawing is a secret conversation and a sign of communication with all those organic beings.
